We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. The refund will be processed within 7 days. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

Our Standard Return & Refund Policy

Returns/exchanges are authorized for unworn Products

  • Returns/exchanges must be made within 14 days after the receipt of the product.
  • Upon delivery, you accept sole responsibility for your orders.
  • All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in undamaged original packaging.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
  • Please note the discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Gift cards are nonrefundable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
  • We can only process returns and exchanges for items purchased directly from David Archy website. If you purchase our product from Amazon or other retailers, please contact them directly for a return or exchange.

Returns & Exchange Shipping Fees

  • If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
  • If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
  • No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.


  • For returns due to reasons such as sizing issues or personal preferences, we'll refund the product amount only, excluding shipping fees and taxes.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method on the order, which may include gift cards if one was used.
  • When you send the package back, please provide the logistics tracking number certificate in time. After confirming that your return is working, we will process your refund as soon as possible.

Notes: If the package is lost due to the wrong address of the customer, we will not guarantee to bear full responsibility.

Unauthorized Returns and Worn Garments

Refunds and exchanges will not be issued for unauthorized returns. To avoid this, please Contact Us to confirm your return is authorized before sending anything back.
If we receive a worn garment or any other return that has not been authorized, your return/exchange will not be processed nor will your used garment or unauthorized return be returned to you.
