• All requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.
• Once approved, we will ship the replacement to you free of charge (the price of the replacement must be equal to the original product).
• Please note the clearance items/final sale items by 50% or more are not eligible for return or exchange.

Returns are authorized for unworn Products 

• Returns/exchanges must be made within 14 days after the receipt of the product.
• Upon delivery, you accept sole responsibility for your orders.
• All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in undamaged original packaging.
• To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
• Please note the clearance items/final sale items by 50% or more are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Gift cards are nonrefundable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
• We can only process returns and exchanges for items purchased directly from David Archy website. If you purchase our product from Amazon or other retailers, please contact them directly for a return or exchange.
