Your reviews don’t match the reality. I found the underwear to be soft, but oversized and not supportive. I bought a larger size as well, which I did not open, and I am trying to return. I tried to open a return request 7 days ago and have never heard back. So, my experience has been that your product is mediocre and your customer service is poor.

As the title suggests, these pairs of underwear are the softest ones I own. The bamboo rayon feels so nice. However, the waistband is a little tighter than my other underwear usually is. I got a M because I have about a 32” waist, but I do accept that maybe I’m shaped differently or I’ve hit a quarantine 15 haha! Next time I will consider going a size up, but that risks it being too big as well.

Very comfortable, keeps everything in place without being restricted, not baggy in the butt. Will buy again.

I am very happy with my new soft trunks. I like that they are bamboo fabric and love that it’s a no-compromise material. I don’t think you could get a more comfortable fabric any other way.
